The main language is Korean. The main religion is officially atheism, the state discourages religious practices. North Koreans are known for their discipline and strong sense of national pride. The country has diverse landscapes including mountains, rivers, and coastal areas. Notable locations include the Kumsosun Palace of the Sun, the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) separating North and South Korea, and performances at the Ariyang Mass Games.
